Introduction and Agreement

This document is the official agreement governing use of the 555max platform (https://555max.bio) and all related services. The terms "555max", "we", and "platform" refer to the business operating this service. The terms "user", "player", and "you" refer to anyone who visits this website or registers an account and plays.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or making a payment to play, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the service.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on this page and will take effect from the date of announcement. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Access Requirements

Age Restriction

555max services are available to players aged 21 and above only. You must confirm that you are of the correct age when registering an account. If this is found to be untrue, the account may be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

One Account Per Person Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts opened from the same IP address, bank account, or payment method may be considered duplicate accounts.

Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
Any bonuses will be forfeited.
Winnings obtained through such accounts will not be paid out.

Personal play only

Players must play using their own account only and are not permitted to play on behalf of others. Playing with another person's funds or acting on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

If a breach of these rules is found, we may suspend or close the account without prior notice.

Account Opening and Management

Information required for registration

Accurate and complete personal information must be provided when opening an account. Accounts created with false information may be closed and any winnings forfeited. If any of your personal details change after registration, please contact customer support to update them.

Account security

Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept secure. Do not share them with anyone. All activity carried out under your account is considered to have been performed by you.

If you notice any unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact support.
The platform is not responsible for any funds lost due to account theft — the responsibility for protection lies with the player.

Account verification (KYC)

When requested during a withdrawal, players may be required to submit a copy of their national ID or other qualifying documents. Withdrawals will only be processed once verification is successful. If submitted documents are found to be invalid, the account may be suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

Make a Deposit

All deposits on the platform must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and the following methods are available — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (for all payment methods)

Deposits must come from the player's own payment account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
Your balance will only be updated once confirmation of the deposit is received.
Any transaction fees charged by payment providers must be borne by the player.

Withdrawals

Please note that withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit, in order to comply with local financial regulations.

Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks | Processing time — 15 minutes to 2 hours (typically)

After we receive your withdrawal request, there may be some processing time for review.
We are not responsible for failed withdrawals caused by an incorrect account number or bank name — please double-check before submitting.
If any suspicious activity is detected, the withdrawal will be held for review before being processed.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at 555max can receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks.

Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. Before a withdrawal is allowed, you must wager the bonus amount: 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.

Example 2 — If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 820,000 Ks. Before a withdrawal is allowed, you must wager the bonus amount: 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

Wagering requirement

Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times (multiplied by the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount).

Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be forfeited.

Bonus usage limits

Each bonus can be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment account.
If fraudulent deposits are detected with the intent to claim a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be reviewed.
We reserve the right to amend bonus terms and conditions without prior notice.

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The 555max VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up based on their playing activity and consistency.

Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Cashback amounts are calculated and paid out weekly. The cashback amount and the specific terms on how it can be used are subject to change, and any changes will be announced on this terms page. Cashback is also subject to the same conditions as the bonus policy (Section 4).

Fair Play and Prohibited Actions

Prohibited Actions

Players must not engage in any of the following actions —

Hacking or disrupting the platform's software and systems
Using automated tools such as robots, bots, or scripts instead of playing directly
Using gameplay to facilitate money laundering
Using coordinated betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
Targeting weak live dealers to gain a one-sided advantage (Dealer Targeting)
Exploiting software glitches or errors for gain
Colluding with an opposing player by agreement to secure winnings (Collusion)

If any of the above violations are found, the player's account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be paid out. The matter may also be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

Responsible Gaming Policy

555max puts players' wellbeing first. Gaming should be treated as entertainment only, not as a source of income.

Player Account Closure

Players may close their account voluntarily by contacting Support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed — only funds that meet the wagering requirements will be paid out.

If we determine that these terms have been violated, we reserve the right to suspend the account and place funds under review without prior notice.

No. 555max services are only accessible to players aged 21 and above. If an account is found to have been registered with a false age, that account will be closed and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
